What are BBS Door Games.

Classic BBS Door game are turn based Multiplayer games. Designed so you can play with Hundreds of people but only have one or two people online at a time. So they gave you so many turns you got in a single day.

Why bring them back.

Nastolia Mainly. there are still hundreds of BBS around that you can log into and play these game. I want to change the way they are played to introduce them to a new generation while classic player will sill love the experience.

I have seen Door games recreated on the Web before and was not impressed.

To be quite honest Neither was I. Most web apps tend to feel slow and lost what was in the original there. I understand this and I am making these games client server based. while the client is running on a web page and talking to a custom written server all graphics will be downloaded before the app is run so actions should run quickly and feel like they should.

What are the Cost

To play the Game Will be free as I develop More games I plan on introducing a Premium Service that will allow paying players to get access to expanded content more turns and access to help test Beta games I am developing. Cost for the Premium Service Will be cheap but still working on the details.

What do I get if I pay for the Premium Service

While I am still in early development. Plans may change but right now this will include more turns per day in each game. Special game content. "More levels Special Dungeons or new towns Depending on the game"

Why Have a Premium Service

I am doing this in my free time. I want To be able to work on this full time.

Can I have the source code to your games

Sorry while I do love the open source community this is a closed source game.

I used to love "insert door game here" will you make this one also.

What are your Release Dates.

I am currently hoping to have the first game release in September. With a new game ever 2 - 3 months after that. I am planning on launching the premium Service next spring.
